Wix Tools: Wix’s tools and features used to build your website remain the property of Wix. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these tools only as part of your website.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will McCarry Tech Solutions or Coastside Meets LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure of your website to perform as expected.
